I just refill my Brother toner cartr.& now all of my pages have marking on them. Is there anyway to fix this?

This can happen if the refill was not performed cleanly.

It is actually a common problem.

Cause :

Print quality issues where toner is ';dumping'; or ';leaking';, or where images are repeating on a printed page, are usually caused by a missing or improperly positioned drum cleaner or drum cleaner cover.

Or

This issue can also be caused by the fuser.

Things to Try

1. Verify that one or more of your printer's consumable supplies are not low. Many print quality issues are caused simply by a supply item that is at or near the end of its expected functional yield.

2. Remove the cartridges and reseat the cleaning roller and the cleaning roller cover. Incorrect placement of one or both of these items is the most likely cause of this issue.

Hope this helps,

If its got streaks and the pages look generally dirty, then your drum is shot. Your only option in that scenario is to get another cartridge. You should really just buy the refilled toners from a retailer, so you will have some kind of warranty. professional refillers inspect and rebuild the toner cartridges to ensure that problems like this do not arise.I just refill my Brother toner cartr.%26amp; now all of my pages have marking on them. Nope, what happens is the green roller (electrostaic drum) wear out quickly and is very sensitive. If you have touched this roller, bumped it or are using a toner which is not fully compatible your roller is shot.

You need to replace the toner, possibly the drum.
